Contract to Hire
Contract to Hire option allows you to test a candidate before extending a permanent offer. Cogent Associates offers you contract-to-permanent option enabling on-the-job time for you to "field test" the professionals before making a long-term employment decision. We will provide you with a contract employee for a period you determine, with the expectation that the assignment may lead to a permanent position. As with our consulting service, we perform all recruiting, screening, and administration of payroll and benefits leading up to the transition to direct employment.
